Shipping policy
We offer free delivery on orders over £75 for UK customers only.
We use Royal Mail for all our UK and international deliveries and where options are available, you can select your preferred service at checkout.
Please allow an extra day or two for UK deliveries; our remote island location means that we have a limited mail collection service and in the winter months stormy weather and a sea swell can result in our ferry not being able to land for a day or two (even 3, on rare occasions!) In these situations the mail doesn't leave the island until conditions improve.
For international deliveries please allow plenty of time for your shipment to arrive before you start to worry! Standard deliveries to the EU can, on some occasions, take up to 3 weeks, and to the rest of the world 6 weeks or longer.
Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK are sent Duty Unpaid. This means that you will be responsible for paying any local taxes, customs duties and handling fees directly to the appropriate authorities. We hope to find a post-Brexit solution for our EU customers, but for the time being please be aware that the price you pay at checkout does not include local taxes and customs duties.
We're sorry that we cannot ship alcohol products outside of the UK.
To comply with Scottish licensing law, age verification may be requested at the point of delivery for alcohol products, using the Challenge 25 principle. If the delivery driver thinks the person receiving the delivery looks to be under 25, they will request to see proof of age before handing the parcel over. The person receiving the delivery must be 18 years of age or over.
