Licensed sales of alcohol

We are licensed in Scottish Law under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 to sell alcohol and products containing alcohol to our online customers, and in doing so we take our legal duties & moral responsibilities very seriously. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to buy, or attempt to buy or be sold alcohol and it is an offence for an adult to purchase, or attempt to purchase alcohol for a person under 18. In accordance with the Alcohol Etc. (Scotland) Act 2010, we have an age verification gateway into our online shop, and our delivery partners provide an age verification service upon delivery using the Challenge 25 principle. If the delivery driver believes the person receiving the delivery looks to be under 25, they will request to see proof of age before handing the parcel over. The person receiving the delivery must be 18 years of age or over.

We offer an export service to the United States, This is limited to our 70cl bottles and our 20cl trio gift packs.
