Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. You may notify us that you wish to return your purchase up until 14 days after receiving delivery. You must return the goods to us within 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation/return.

Unwanted items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging where appropriate. Fragile items will be carefully wrapped for protection in transit but in the event of goods arriving damaged, please contact us. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case and you would like to return any item please email us in the first instance: larder@stcolumba-hotel.co.uk with details of the purchase and your order confirmation reference. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for any returns (unless the goods are faulty or damaged) and for high value items you should consider insurance and tracking. Once we have received and approved your return we will contact you by email. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the same payment method used for purchase.
